What the HCPC is doing to improve sexual safety in health and care
We are calling on employers, managers, education providers, professional bodies and unions to prevent these behaviours from happening, and to encourage greater reporting when they do. As a regulator of 15 different professions, the HCPC has a role to play too.

We want to continually improve our support for education providers in meeting our regulatory requirements, and delivering the best programmes they can. A key part of our work is making sure we understand the experience of those going through education programmes.
Visitors will need to provide pre-visit feedback
Under our revised approval process, visitors will be required to provide feedback in a structured way, noting broad areas of concern, within two weeks of receiving the documentary submission
